Deliveries

Our Postage and packaging costs are a standard £4.95 per order, unless you qualify for free shipping. We use Royal Mail or DPD for shipping all our orders. We are currently not offering International shipping, if you would however like to use this service please email us (michelle@alittlegiftcompany.co.uk) with your order details and we will get a shipping quote sent out to you.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days from your order date. This could be subject to change at busy times, we will aim to email you as soon as possible.

It is essential that the address you give to us is correct, if it is not we cannot be liable for the loss of your parcel or any additional postage costs that incur.

Returns

We only except items that are faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us via email within 7 working days of receiving your item, with a description of the fault/damage and any photos to clarify. Once satisfied we will offer you a full refund. This can take up to 7 days to show. 

Privacy Policy

We do everything we can to make sure your privacy is protected. Your information will never be provided to any 3rd parties, We will only use your email address to send you updates on your order.

No payment information is ever stored and all transactions are processed via our trusted PCI DSS Complaint 3rd party companies which we use, PayPal and Stripe.
